Movies to Video Games Review — The Incredibles (GBA)
Movies To Video Games Reviews Review #31 –This is a Fan Requested Review– The Incredibles for the Game Boy Advance is fully reviewed and analyzed as compared to the actual movie itself. Feel free to comment. More movies to video games reviews coming soon.. suggestions and feedback welcome and encouraged. To save on space and time in the video, the score tallies and descriptions of how I got to the scores are listed here instead. Story Accuracy to the Movie 7.5 out of 10 (Story wise the game is spot on. Cut scenes right from the film. Chronological order and situations that all occurred in the film. Where it loses a bit is the endless fighting situations that just didn’t happen and a lot of omissions of some side moments that could have added something more story wise. But for the most part they did it right in matching up the story here from film to game adaptation..) Music Soundtrack Accuracy to the Movies 4.0 out of 10 (While technically its not accurate as its a different score than the actual soundtrack, it still captures the flavor and feel of it very well. A lot of games wont even come close to the actual soundtracks when they do their own in house music. This time around though it is a very similar beat and feel from start to finish. If you didnt know better you would think its the actual soundtrack being heard all the way through. ) Game Difficulty 5.5 out of 10 (A bit too easy would be the problem here. And normally that would be a lower score but due to how hard and overly difficult the console version of this game is, this gets rewarded as at least they make up for how hard that game is by making this a little too easy. With the constant item finds and short stages and short overall game this wont be too much trouble for even the most average of game players. Playcontrol issues and some cheap moments will be frustrating but nothing that makes anything difficult to get through easy enough..) Overall Fun 6.0 out of 10 (Its fun beating up anything when you are a superhero. Too bad though so much of the game is just beating up the same exact things over and over again. But using the powers of 5 super heroes and taking out anything and everything is always a fun situation. And for the most part they did it right here. But after you get through a few stages you will start to realize it doesnt get much different to the end. Still a fun experience given its on a portable system) Final Score: 5.75 GOOD

I baught this game when it came out. I liked the first few levels (especially with Frozone), but then it became so repetitive and boring. I’m happy to say I didn’t waste my time clearing it.
